French Cuisine – Guess the Dish #6

The seasons have changed and we are now in the autumn of the year. That means “Lori Leak Travels to Paris” is launching tomorrow, October 10!! That, however,  is another story.

But in the meantime, we must eat.

Here is a perfect hot dish for a chilly autumn day! It is so smooth and tasty. You will want to wear a warm wooly sweater and drink a hearty red Bordeaux with it. Can you guess it?
