barrettThe inaugural San Diego Festival of Books is taking place on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Liberty Station — and Barrett Clemmensen Powell, the author of LORI LEAK TRAVELS TO PARIS is an invited author in the Children’s Pavilion.
The panel will take place at 3:30PM PDT and a booksigning will follow in a nearby tent.
You can help with this! RIght now there are less than 10 books available for signing. We are asking that you help change that so children can meet Barrett Clemmensen Powell and ask questions about Lori Leak. Clemmensen Powell is also the only African-American writer who is in the lineup for this book festival.
On Sunday August 6, The San Diego Union Tribune will publish a special section with photos and biographies of all the featured authors.
